1. About us

2. Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over (or have parental consent) and that the details you give are accurate. A contract forms once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mis-priced) and will refund any payment taken.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping

We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. We aim to dispatch within a few working days of your order being confirmed. Delivery times given are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sealed sports/trading card products: once the outer seal or wrapping is opened, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty, as the value of these products depends on being sealed.

Live rips / breaks: pulls opened on live streams or on your behalf are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled or returned once the pack is opened.

To start a return, email theriproomuk@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but card artwork, print runs and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. Sealed products are sold as sealed — the contents are subject to the manufacturer's odds and are not guaranteed.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page at the time you place your order.
