Shipping & Returns

UK-only shipping. Fair returns on sealed product. Clear rules on live rips and breaks.

Shipping

  • We ship to UK addresses only.
  • Orders are packed within 2 working days of purchase (or, for live rips, within 2 working days of the stream ending).
  • Delivery uses tracked Royal Mail or courier. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is on the way.
  • Higher-value orders may be sent signed-for at our discretion.

Returns on sealed items

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive a sealed item to let us know you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Refunds are issued once we receive the item in re-sellable condition.

  • Item must be unopened with the manufacturer's seal intact.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
  • Email theriproomuk@gmail.com to start a return.

Live rips & break slots

Break slots and live rips are personalised, time-limited services that are performed live on stream. Once the box is opened, the outcome is the product — so break slots and opened packs are non-refundable.

If a break is cancelled before it goes live, you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

Email theriproomuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
