How do live rips and breaks work?
We open sealed Pokémon product live on TikTok. You either buy a spot in a break (a specific team/slot in a box or case) or watch pack rips where pulls are sold or shipped as advertised. Every break's format is explained on-stream before we open a single pack.
How do I secure a slot in a break?
Slots are sold through our TikTok Shop or during the live stream. Once you check out, your slot is locked in and cannot be resold. Turn on notifications for @the.rip.roomuk so you don't miss drops.
When will I get my cards?
Pulls and sealed orders are packed within 2 working days of the stream ending. We ship UK-only via tracked Royal Mail or courier — you'll get a tracking link by email once it's on the way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not right now. We ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may come later — follow us for updates.
Are the boxes genuine?
Yes. We vet every supplier and authenticate every sealed box before it goes on stream. If anything doesn't pass, it doesn't get opened.
Can I return cards from a rip or break?
No. Live rips and break slots are non-refundable once opened — the outcome is the product. Sealed items you buy from the shop can be returned within 14 days as long as the seal is intact. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email theriproomuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We'll sort a replacement or refund.
